YOUR Personal Training (YOUR PT) became the fully-outsourced PT provider to GLL in 2020. GLL knew there was big revenue potential in personal training, but with so many other priorities, it wasn’t hitting its stride. Having reviewed the offering from Your Personal Training, GLL were attracted by the end-to-end solution.

How We Made It Happen
From day one, we focused on building trust with GLL’s existing PTs. We understand that change can be unsettling, so we made sure everyone felt supported and valued. We always offer the opportunity for a client’s existing team to transition to YOUR PT to make the whole experience as seamless as possible.
We audited the PT service at each club, identifying personal training potential and trainer capacity. We managed the recruitment process from end to end; from creating job adverts to screening, interviewing and placing the candidates.
Once a PT was in post, this was only the start, we offered tailored mentoring and business support to help the PTs thrive. We also Introduced smart marketing strategies, both in-club and online, to boost visibility and client engagement.

Worked together with GLL to build bespoke staff development programs. In 2024, we launched a hybrid model that lets GLL colleagues, like lifeguards and fitness instructors, transition into part-time PT roles. Within six months, nearly half move to full-time PT positions.
Provided GLL’s PTs with access to the YPT hub which includes over 300 new business and client resources, free education courses, access to VIP webinars, a rewards platform, brand discounts, and affiliate programs worth thousands of pounds
